  • Join the webinar 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry and eliminate any last-minute technical glitches.
  • Ensure your device meets the system requirements for Zoom to avoid any issues during the webinar.
  • For optimal audio/video quality, it's recommended to use external devices (headsets, microphones, etc.).
  • Select a quiet location with good network connectivity to avoid disruptions during the webinar.
  • Mute your audio while others are presenting. If you wish to ask questions or participate in discussions, please raise your hand, and the host will unmute you at the end of each presentation.
  • Each speaker will have 20 minutes for their presentation. Please plan your talk to last 15 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for Q&A at the end.
  • The webinar will be conducted in English. If you are not comfortable presenting in English, you may bring a translator. The registration fee for the translator will be waived. Alternatively, you may choose to make a Poster Presentation instead.
  • Presentations should be submitted in PDF or PPT format at least one week prior to the event for review and smooth operation during the webinar.
  • In order to stay on track, make sure to start and finish your presentation within the time allotted in the program.
